Veterans Technology Services (VETS 2) GWAC
IPTA was selected as one of the premier SDVOSB IT services providers to hold the VETS 2 IDIQ contract. This new VETS 2 GWAC is a unique contribution to the federal acquisition community — the only GWAC set-aside exclusively for Service-Disabled, Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). VETS 2 is designed to be flexible enough to meet diverse agency IT requirements, including new and emerging technologies. VETS 2 also enables GSA to continue its support of the SDVOSB Procurement Program, while helping federal agencies achieve their socio-economic goals. VETS 2 supports the acquisition of enterprise systems, applications, and data for traditional on-premise solutions, but also for government cloud hosting, data center migration to the cloud, transition support, and application modernization services.

Small Business Enterprise Application Solutions (SBEAS)
Small Business Enterprise Application Solutions (SBEAS) contract is a Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract awarded by United States Air Force that includes a comprehensive suite of IT services and IT solutions to support IT systems and software development and sustainment in a variety of environments and infrastructures. Additional IT services include, but are not limited to documentation, operations, deployment, cybersecurity, configuration management, training, commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) product management and utilization, technology refresh, data and information services, information display services and business analysis for IT programs.
IPTA is partnered with Exeter Government Services through the IPT-Exeter Joint Venture for SBEAS, providing a full range of software solutions and IT services in support of U.S. Air Force IT development, modernization and sustainment requirements.

Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Systems Engineering, Technology, and Innovation (SETI)
IPTA is a prime contractor on the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Systems Engineering, Technology, and Innovation (SETI) small business contract. Under this contract, IPTA delivers engineering expertise to research, design, develop, integrate, and optimize Department of Defense (DOD) information technology capabilities, systems, and solutions. DIA SITE III
Solutions for the Information Technology Enterprise III (SITE III) is a Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) and National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) IDIQ contract for delivering a full scope of information technology services and capabilities to support intelligence needs for the DIA and NGA. IPTA is a small business prime contract holder on SITE III. Through SITE III, IPTA will deliver management of application and infrastructure services and functions for current and emerging requirements, including:

OASIS Pool 2
OASIS SB Pool 2 is a 100 percent Small Business Set-Aside multiple award, IDIQ contract that federal agencies can use to procure a range of expertise and professional services across an array of core disciplines. As the only OASIS SB Pool 2 awardee in New England, IPT Associates is poised to deliver a range of financial services to our government customers.

Navy Seaport-NxG
Under our SeaPort-Next Generation (SeaPort-NxG) contract, IPT offers Engineering and Program Management Services to the Naval Sea Systems Command, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command, Naval Supply Systems Command, Military Sealift Command, Naval Facilities Command, Office of Naval Research, and the United States Marine Corps. This five-year IDIQ has a ceiling of $5 billion and allows for Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF), Cost Pluse Incentive Fee (CPIF), and Cost Plus Award Fee (CPAF) task orders.

Responsive Strategic Sourcing for Services (RS3)
Responsive Strategic Sourcing for Services (RS3) is a Multiple Award Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide ACC-APG customers, Program Executive Offices (PEOs), other Department of Defense (DoD) agencies, and other federal agencies with broad knowledge-based support services for requirements with Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) related needs. Under RS3, Contractor-provided support services span a diverse spectrum of mission areas for programs with C4ISR related requirements including Engineering, Research, Development, Test and Evaluation (RDT&E), Logistics, Acquisition and Strategic Planning, and Education and Training. IPTA is one of only 46 small business RS3 IDIQ contract holders under the 541715 NAICS.

JE-OPETS
The Joint Enterprise Omnibus Program, Engineering and Technical Support (JE-OPETS) contracts support the Joint Program Executive Office for Chemical and Biological Defense (JPEO-CBD) and its chartered Joint Project Managers (JPMs) in their mission to lead, manage and direct development, acquisition, production/procurement, fielding and sustainment of Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear (CBRN) defense systems and equipment. Used by the military services within the DOD and by various Other Government Agencies (OGAs), these systems, capabilities and items of equipment provide critical force protection against CBRN threats world-wide. IPTA holds JE-OPETS IDIQ contracts supporting the CBRN Acquisition and Business & Analytics, Engineering & Technical, and Information Technology (BEI) mission areas.
